Ginger

Turmeric
Yellowthroat is one of the best ingredients to relieve pain. Mix a little yellow powder with a glass of warm water. Then drink in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also mix turmeric with milk.

Honey
Honey is known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It has been used since ancient times to cure throat pain. Mix one to two teaspoons of honey in one cup of hot water and drink two to three times a day or you can eat one teaspoon of honey before going to bed.

Take the steam
First, wrap your ears and head with a cloth. Then steam hot water with a little salt. Doing it twice a day will ease throat pain very easily.
